WHAT IS YOUR DELIVERY TIME?
All orders are dispatched within 24 hours. Dispatches take place on working days, which means that packages are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding holidays and weekends. If you place an order on a Friday after 2pm CET, we will dispatch it on Monday. For orders placed on weekends or holidays, they will be dispatched on the next working day.
HOW TO RETURN AN ORDER?
You can return an order from our shop up to 14 days after receiving the products. It is important that the returned product does not bear any traces of use, in particular the smell of perfume, the smell of smoke or dirt. The return form is enclosed with each parcel and sent electronically to the email provided when placing the order. You can find more information on returns here.

First of all, verify that your order is not a pre-order. You will always find this information in your order confirmation email. If your order is not pre-ordered, please contact us using the contact form below.
DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
Yes, we ship orders to anywhere in the world. You can check the cost of delivery to your location in the shopping basket or on the Delivery tab.
HOW TO TRACK YOUR ORDER?
Once the parcel has been packed, you will receive an email from us informing you of the tracking number. In most cases, parcels are collected by couriers on the same day that we pack your order.
HOW TO CANCEL AN ORDER?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, you can cancel it by contacting us via the contact form below. If your order has already been dispatched, you may have to return the products.
